Here's how to post your flyers and information on GoRiverton...

Edit and proofread your flyer. Please double check for spelling and grammer errors. Make sure all the information is correct, and that there is contact information included for public...or add QR code that will direct towards a page with all the information.
Email your flyer as a JPEG or PNG to: goriverton@gmail.com.
If you don't have a flyer, use the format below to submit your information:

TITLE OF EVENT/ACTIVITY - DAY, DATE, TIME. A BRIEF description of your event. LOCATION of the event (physical address or event venue). CONTACT information (phone, email, website, Facebook page, etc.)

Tips for creating your flyer...

Use Canva to create your flyer. Select the "Flyer (8x12)" size. (There is also a "Poster 18x24" size as well.)

Use photos/graphics that won't detract from your messaging. Make sure to use fonts that are readable and not too small. Preview before downloading.

Make it look clean, not cluttered. Try not to crowd too much information on one page. It is best to put the announcement and main information on your flyer, and then lead the public to a (short) URL/link that directs them to a website or Facebook page so you can provide updates (in case the event is cancelled or postponed).

If you're directing the public to your website, make sure it is current and continually updated!

If you don't have a website or Facebook page....

A blog post with your information and flyer will be published on GoRiverton's "FYI..." page.
